1. Use of the Service

You agree NOT to use the Service to generate, upload, request, or distribute any content that:

• Is sexually explicit or pornographic (including minors or anything suggestive of minors);
• Promotes hate, violence, discrimination, extremism, or illegal activities;
• Produces or distributes deepfakes of real individuals without consent;
• Violates intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others;
• Attempts to bypass safety filters or interfere with the functioning of the Service;
• Is political propaganda, targeted political persuasion, or election-related misinformation;
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to block or suspend users who violate these restrictions.

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Any content you generate using the Service;
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws;
• Obtaining consent when generating content involving real individuals.

You acknowledge that AI models may produce inaccurate or unsafe output, and you agree not to rely on the Service for critical decision-making.

3. No Guarantee of Safety or Accuracy

We implement safety filters and moderation technology, but we cannot guarantee that all harmful, NSFW, illegal, or unwanted content will be prevented. By using the Service, you accept that:

• AI output may be unpredictable;
• Safety systems may fail;
• You use all outputs at your own risk.

4. Intellectual Property

All content generated by users remains the responsibility of the user. You agree that you have all rights necessary to use any prompts, inputs, or materials you provide.

The Service, including its models, interface, design, and underlying technology, is owned by the Company.

5. Prohibited Behavior

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service;
• Attempt to replicate, export, or fine-tune the AI models through prompt extraction or manipulation;
• Use automated tools to overload or abuse the Service;
• Interfere with servers, databases, or security measures.

6. Account Security

If the Service offers accounts or login features, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any damages arising from:

• AI-generated content;
• Harmful or illegal use by users;
• Technical errors, outages, or data loss;
• Third-party misuse.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, content you generate, or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands / EU. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, Netherlands.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Data Collection and Logging

For security, debugging, and service improvement purposes, we collect and log the following information:

• IP Addresses: We track IP addresses for security monitoring and debugging purposes.
• Prompts and User Inputs: We log all prompts, text inputs, and user-generated content for debugging and service improvement. This includes all text you enter into the Service, such as prompts, lyrics, music descriptions, poem details, and any other input fields.
• Log Review: Our technical team may review these logs to debug issues, improve the Service, and ensure proper functionality.

Important Privacy Warning: Do NOT include private or sensitive information in your prompts or inputs, such as:

• Passwords or authentication credentials
• API keys or access tokens
• Personal identification numbers (SSN, passport numbers, etc.)
• Financial information (credit card numbers, bank account details)
• Any other sensitive personal or confidential data
