Terms of Service

1. Use of the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use the Service, its models, or any output to generate, upload, request, facilitate, or distribute content or activity that:

• Is sexually explicit or pornographic, sexually exploits any person, or exploits, harms, or attempts to harm a minor;
• Promotes or facilitates self-harm, suicide, violence, terrorism, extremism, weapons development, or other dangerous or illegal activity;
• Promotes discrimination, hate, harassment, or harmful behavior against a person or protected or vulnerable group;
• Creates non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, impersonations, or deceptive uses of a real person's identity, likeness, or voice;
• Violates intellectual property, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, data-protection, or other rights;
• Creates malware, phishing, fraud, scams, fake reviews, fake engagement, spam, or other deceptive or abusive activity;
• Uses personal or sensitive data to track, target, exploit, discriminate against, or cause harm to a person;
• Creates false or misleading information intended or likely to cause material harm, including election misinformation, political manipulation, or targeted political persuasion;
• Supports a military purpose or the development, operation, or targeting of weapons;
• Violates any applicable law or regulation, or attempts to bypass safety filters, rate limits, access controls, or other safeguards.

We may reject or hold content for review, remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

2. High-Risk and Professional Uses

You must not use the Service or its outputs to make, recommend, or materially assist decisions about a person's eligibility, access, or treatment in high-impact areas, including:

• Law enforcement, immigration, criminal justice, or social scoring;
• Healthcare, medical treatment, product safety, or critical infrastructure;
• Credit, insurance, housing, employment, education, or essential public or private services.

You must not present outputs as licensed legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice, or use the Service to conduct professional activity without the qualifications and authorization required by law.

3. Third-Party Models, MiniMax H3, and LTX

The Service may provide access to third-party or separately licensed models. Your use of those features is also subject to the applicable provider and model terms. Model names and additional notices may be displayed in the model selector, generation interface, result metadata, or related documentation.

When you use MiniMax H3 or a feature powered by MiniMax H3, you agree that the restrictions in Sections 1 and 2 apply to your prompts, inputs, use of the model, and outputs. You must not use MiniMax H3, its derivatives, or its outputs to train, fine-tune, distill, benchmark for replication, or otherwise develop or improve another AI model where prohibited by the applicable MiniMax terms.

When you use LTX-2, an LTX-powered feature, or an LTX derivative through the Service, paragraph 4 and Attachment A of the LTX-2 Community License Agreement are incorporated into these Terms and are enforceable against you. You agree to comply with those provisions and their use restrictions in their entirety for your prompts, inputs, use of the model, and outputs.

Without limiting those restrictions, you must clearly disclose LTX-generated or LTX-modified content as machine generated when you publish or otherwise place it in context. For commercial use, you must not use LTX, its derivatives, or their outputs to train, improve, or fine-tune another machine-learning model or competing AI system except as expressly permitted by the LTX agreement. You must not use an LTX-powered feature to provide a product, service, or application that directly competes with or substitutes for Lightricks' commercial products or services without any separate license required by Lightricks.

You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving or using LTX under applicable export-control or sanctions laws and will not export, re-export, transfer, or use LTX in violation of those laws.

We may modify, restrict, or discontinue a model feature when required by its provider terms, applicable law, safety requirements, or our authorization to provide it.

4. User Responsibility and AI Disclosure

You are responsible for:

• Your prompts, uploads, generated content, and how you use or distribute outputs;
• Having all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents required for your inputs and intended use;
• Complying with applicable laws, third-party rights, and provider or model terms;
• Clearly disclosing that content is AI-generated or AI-modified when required by law, the context in which it is published, or a displayed model notice;
• Preserving required watermarks, provenance information, model notices, and other disclosures.

You acknowledge that AI models may produce inaccurate, unsafe, or infringing output. Do not rely on the Service for critical decisions.

5. Safety and Moderation

We may use automated systems and human review to evaluate prompts, uploads, outputs, accounts, and usage signals for security, abuse prevention, and enforcement. We cannot guarantee that every harmful, unlawful, or unwanted input or output will be detected.

You may report suspected violations using the reporting controls provided in the Service or by emailing support@movey.ai.

6. Intellectual Property and Outputs

As between you and the Company, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and provider or model terms, you retain your rights in your inputs and outputs. We do not promise that an output is unique, copyrightable, non-infringing, or free of third-party rights.

You may use outputs for personal or commercial projects, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, these Terms, and provider or model terms. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to process, store, moderate, display to you, and deliver your inputs and outputs as part of the Service.

Movey's interface, software, branding, and Company-owned technology remain owned by the Company. Third-party models, software, trademarks, and other materials remain owned by their respective owners.

7. Prohibited Technical Behavior

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, extract, copy, or redistribute models, model weights, or protected Service data except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• Attempt to replicate, export, or fine-tune models through prompt extraction, automated harvesting, or manipulation;
• Use automated tools to overload, evade limits, or abuse the Service;
• Interfere with servers, databases, moderation, security measures, or another user's access.

8. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or third parties, comply with law or provider obligations, investigate abuse, or protect the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from AI-generated content, user conduct, third-party rights, technical errors, outages, or data loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your inputs, outputs, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms or another person's rights.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service, applicable law, or provider requirements change. We will publish the updated date and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

15. Data Collection and Logging

We process account, security, usage, prompt, upload, job, and generated-media data to provide, secure, moderate, debug, and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not include private, sensitive, or confidential information in prompts or uploads, including passwords, authentication credentials, API keys, identity numbers, financial information, medical information, or confidential client data unless the Service explicitly supports that use and you have a lawful basis to provide it.
